Notice for the extension to non-parties of the Footwear Section Technological Fund Amending Collective Agreement, the Agency Shop Amending Collective Agreement, and the Provident Fund Amending Collective Agreement concluded in the National Bargaining Council of the Leather Industry of SA


The Minister of Employment and Labour has declared that the Footwear Section Technological Fund Amending Collective Agreement, the Agency Shop Amending Collective Agreement, and the Provident Fund Amending Collective Agreement concluded in the National Bargaining Council of the Leather Industry of South Africa be extended to non-parties. This means that the conditions specified in these agreements shall be binding on the parties who concluded the collective agreements and all other employers and employees falling within the scope of the industry. The collective agreements come into effect from the second Monday after the date of publication of this Notice and for the period ending 10 May 2028 for the Footwear Section amending agreement, and 30 June 2027 for the Agency Shop and Provident Fund amending agreements.
