Collective Amending Agreement: Bargaining Council of the Leather Industry of South Africa


The Minister of Employment and Labour has declared that the Collective Amending Agreement concluded in the National Bargaining Council of the Leather Industry of South Africa be extended to non-parties.

This means that the conditions shall be binding on the parties who concluded the collective agreement and on the other employers and employees in that industry.

The collective agreement comes into effect from the second Monday after the date of publication of this Notice and for the period ending 30 June 2021.

The collective agreement signed in Durban on 23 July 2019 is annexed to the Notice.
