Emergency Response Training Requirement
• Train all employees who operate working platforms on the emergency action plan procedures and the parts of the plan the employees must know to protect themselves in the event of an emergency. This training must be provided upon initial assignment and whenever the plan is changed. • Provide training to employees based on their expected duties: o First aider o Fire Fighter o Fire warden o Roll call taker o Emergency Coordinator

R - Rescue and relocate anyone in immediate danger
A - Alert others by activating the building fire alarm
C - Confine the Emergency by closing the doors
E - Evacuate immediately. Do not use elevators, use the stairs.
