Carminative Tea for after dinner
Makes two cups of tea.
· 2 cups of water
· 1 tsp. fennel seeds
· 1 tsp. coriander seeds
Put the water and seeds in a pot and cover with a lid. Bring to a boil and then turn off immediately. Let stand for 15 minutes, then strain the fennel and coriander seeds and discard.
Unused tea will last two days if stored in the refrigerator. You can warm up when you're ready to drink the second glass.
